2.1 Agreement

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement governing the use of chalzfashion.com and the purchase of products or services through the website.

The website is operated by:

Modvois LLC

789 Sherman St, Unit 280
Denver, CO 80203
United States

Email: Support@chalzfashion.com

In these Terms:

  • “Grithorn,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Modvois LLC and the services offered through chalzfashion.com.
  • “Customer,” “you,” and “your” mean the individual who visits the website, creates an account, or submits an order.
  • “Digital Product” means an electronically delivered game key, CDK, voucher, top-up, virtual currency, downloadable item, membership, digital credit, or related product.
  • “Publisher Platform” means a game developer, publisher, console network, digital store, gaming platform, or other third-party service through which a Digital Product is activated or used.

By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.

2.2 Customer Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction.

Customers below the legal age of majority may use the website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • The information submitted is truthful and complete;
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
  • You are not using the website for fraud or unlawful activity;
  • The transaction complies with applicable laws;
  • You have reviewed the relevant product requirements; and
  • You will follow the rules of the applicable Publisher Platform.

2.3 Nature of the Service

Grithorn provides access to digitally fulfilled gaming products.

Unless a listing expressly identifies an item as physical, no physical package, printed card, disc, or boxed product will be mailed.

Digital Products may be supplied from Grithorn inventory or fulfilled through commercial suppliers and digital fulfillment providers.

Product availability may change without notice because of inventory, publisher systems, regional limitations, supplier availability, or technical circumstances.

2.4 Product Categories

The website may offer:

  • Activation keys and CDKs;
  • Digital game vouchers;
  • Platform wallet codes;
  • Virtual currencies and game credits;
  • Direct player-account top-ups;
  • Digital memberships;
  • Downloadable content;
  • Expansion access;
  • Prepaid digital services; and
  • Other electronically delivered gaming products.

Additional product-specific conditions may appear on an individual product page. Those conditions form part of the purchase agreement.

2.5 Product Page Information

Before submitting an order, customers must review the entire product page.

Material information may include:

  • Supported game;
  • Platform;
  • Console or operating system;
  • Edition;
  • Account region;
  • Activation territory;
  • Server;
  • Currency or denomination;
  • Quantity;
  • Required player information;
  • Delivery method;
  • Processing estimate;
  • Activation instructions;
  • Account restrictions; and
  • Refund limitations.

A product image may illustrate the game, currency, or service and does not necessarily represent physical packaging.

Where product-specific information conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific information will apply unless prohibited by law.

2.6 Regional Restrictions

A Digital Product may function only in a specific country, territory, account region, or group of regions.

Customers must verify that:

  • Their account country is supported;
  • Their physical location is eligible;
  • Their platform accepts the product;
  • Their game edition is compatible; and
  • Their account satisfies publisher requirements.

A product accurately supplied according to the order is not defective merely because it is incompatible with a different country, region, account, platform, or edition selected by the customer.

Grithorn does not recommend attempting to bypass regional controls through false account information, location-masking tools, or other circumvention methods.

Such conduct may breach Publisher Platform rules and may result in rejected activation or account action.

2.7 Platform and Edition Selection

Game products may differ across:

  • PC;
  • PlayStation;
  • Xbox;
  • Nintendo systems;
  • Mobile platforms;
  • Publisher launchers;
  • Regional digital stores; and
  • Different editions of the same game.

Customers must select the correct platform and edition.

A key intended for one platform will not necessarily function on another, even where the game title is identical.

2.8 Information Required for Top-Ups

A direct top-up may require one or more of the following:

  • Player ID;
  • UID;
  • User number;
  • Character ID;
  • Server;
  • Zone;
  • Account region;
  • Game nickname; or
  • Platform selection.

Customers are responsible for checking this information before payment.

Do not submit an account password, recovery phrase, one-time security code, full payment card number, or unrelated identity information unless Grithorn provides a secure process that specifically requires it.

2.9 Accuracy of Customer Instructions

Top-up fulfillment may become irreversible once credits are applied.

Grithorn is not responsible for credits delivered to the wrong player account when the information used for fulfillment exactly matches the information supplied by the customer.

If you discover an error, contact Support@chalzfashion.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an order can be corrected after fulfillment begins.

2.10 Submitting an Order

An order is an offer to purchase the selected Digital Product under these Terms.

An automated email or checkout confirmation means only that the order has been received.

The order becomes accepted when one of the following occurs:

  • We expressly confirm acceptance;
  • An activation code is assigned;
  • A fulfillment request is submitted;
  • A direct top-up begins;
  • The product is made available to the customer; or
  • Delivery is completed.

2.11 Order Rejection or Cancellation

We may refuse, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect listing information;
  • An obvious pricing error;
  • Payment rejection;
  • Suspected unauthorized payment;
  • Incomplete customer information;
  • Unsuccessful security verification;
  • Purchasing-limit abuse;
  • Regional restrictions;
  • Supplier or publisher limitations;
  • Legal or sanctions requirements;
  • Technical failure; or
  • A violation of these Terms.

Where we cancel an order that has not been fulfilled, the amount collected for that order will be returned to the original payment method.

2.12 Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may vary according to:

  • Product availability;
  • Supplier pricing;
  • Region;
  • Currency;
  • Platform;
  • Denomination;
  • Promotion; and
  • Market conditions.

The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to the order, except in the case of an obvious technical or pricing error.

A later price reduction, promotion, exchange-rate movement, or market change does not create an entitlement to a partial refund.

2.13 Currency Conversion and Fees

The customer’s bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency conversion;
  • Foreign transaction charges;
  • Payment processing fees;
  • Card issuer charges; or
  • A separate exchange rate.

These third-party charges are not controlled by Grithorn.

2.14 Taxes

Taxes may be added or collected where required.

Customers remain responsible for tax or reporting obligations that are not collected by Grithorn but apply in their jurisdiction.

2.15 Payment Authorization

Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are the account holder or have permission from the account holder;
  • The payment information is accurate;
  • The funds are from a lawful source;
  • The payment is not being used to test card information; and
  • You authorize the applicable charge.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy notices.

2.16 Transaction Review

Because Digital Products can be transferred quickly and may have immediate resale value, some orders may be reviewed before fulfillment.

Review measures may include:

  • Billing-data comparison;
  • Device or network analysis;
  • Transaction-pattern assessment;
  • Payment authorization checks;
  • Email verification;
  • Account verification; and
  • Requests for limited supporting information.

Never send full card information or account passwords by email.

An unfulfilled order may be cancelled where a reasonable verification request is not completed.

2.17 Delivery Methods

Digital Products may be delivered through:

  • Email;
  • A customer account;
  • A secure order page;
  • A code-display page;
  • A digital link;
  • Direct account credit;
  • A third-party delivery system; or
  • Another electronic method stated before purchase.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used for the order.

2.18 Delivery Status

A code-based product is treated as delivered when the code has been made available through the disclosed delivery method.

A direct top-up is treated as delivered when reliable fulfillment records show that the purchased value was applied to the account information supplied in the order.

Customers may still submit a claim where a code is genuinely invalid, the wrong product was supplied, or a top-up failed.

2.19 Activation Codes

After receiving a code, the customer must:

  • Keep it confidential;
  • Redeem it on the correct platform;
  • Use an eligible account;
  • Follow the activation instructions;
  • Confirm region compatibility; and
  • Report a suspected defect promptly.

Grithorn is not responsible for unauthorized redemption after the customer publishes, shares, resells, forwards, or otherwise exposes the code.

2.20 Direct Top-Ups

A top-up may be processed through a publisher, distributor, or technical fulfillment provider.

Once a top-up has been confirmed as successfully applied, it normally cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or reversed.

A delayed display of value inside a game does not necessarily mean that fulfillment failed. Customers may be required to restart the game, refresh their account, or allow the Publisher Platform time to update.

2.21 Cancellation Requests

A cancellation request must be submitted before fulfillment becomes irreversible.

Cancellation will normally no longer be available after:

  • A code has been revealed;
  • A code has been emailed;
  • A secure code link has been opened;
  • A fulfillment request has been accepted;
  • A top-up has entered processing;
  • Credits have been applied; or
  • A digital entitlement has been issued.

Contacting support does not itself suspend an active fulfillment process.

2.22 Refund Rules

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Returns Policy.

Digital Products are generally not refundable after successful delivery or use because they cannot reliably be recovered or resold.

A remedy may still be available where:

  • The delivered code was invalid before delivery;
  • The wrong product was supplied;
  • The top-up failed despite correct information;
  • An order was charged more than once;
  • Fulfillment did not occur;
  • The product was materially misdescribed; or
  • Applicable law requires a remedy.

2.23 Membership and Subscription Products

Some products may grant access for a fixed period.

A prepaid membership code does not create recurring billing by Grithorn unless the checkout page expressly states that the purchase renews automatically.

Where Grithorn offers recurring billing, the renewal price, billing interval, cancellation process, and material conditions will be shown before payment authorization.

2.24 Third-Party Account Rules

Use of a Digital Product may be subject to the terms of the relevant publisher, developer, console network, or digital store.

Grithorn does not control:

  • Publisher account eligibility;
  • Platform maintenance;
  • Changes to redemption procedures;
  • Server availability;
  • Game discontinuation;
  • Content updates;
  • Publisher pricing;
  • Platform suspensions; or
  • Third-party account enforcement.

The customer is responsible for maintaining an eligible account in good standing.

2.25 Account Suspensions and Game Bans

A restriction imposed by a Publisher Platform does not automatically indicate a defect in the Digital Product.

Grithorn is not responsible for account action arising from:

  • Cheating;
  • Unauthorized software;
  • Previous account violations;
  • Account sharing;
  • Regional circumvention;
  • Fraudulent payment activity;
  • Publisher-rule violations; or
  • Conduct unrelated to Grithorn’s fulfillment.

2.26 Resale and Commercial Use

Products are generally intended for the purchaser’s personal use unless a listing or separate agreement allows resale.

Customers must not:

  • Purchase using stolen payment methods;
  • Obtain products for unauthorized resale;
  • Operate automated purchasing systems;
  • Circumvent quantity limits;
  • Use multiple accounts to abuse promotions;
  • Misrepresent the origin of a product; or
  • Resell a product in violation of third-party rights.

2.27 Website Accounts

You are responsible for protecting:

  • Your password;
  • Your email account;
  • Your connected devices;
  • Delivered codes;
  • Order records; and
  • Access to your customer account.

Notify Support@chalzfashion.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

We may temporarily restrict an account to investigate security concerns.

2.28 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use false identity or payment information;
  • Attempt account takeover;
  • Test stolen or unauthorized cards;
  • Submit fraudulent non-delivery claims;
  • Abuse chargebacks;
  • Interfere with website security;
  • Introduce harmful software;
  • Scrape or copy protected website content;
  • Circumvent transaction controls;
  • Violate applicable sanctions;
  • Infringe intellectual property rights; or
  • Use Grithorn for unlawful purposes.

2.29 Intellectual Property

Original website content, including the Grithorn brand, layout, written materials, original graphics, and proprietary website elements, is owned by or licensed to Modvois LLC.

Customers may use the website only for personal purchasing and informational purposes.

Third-party game names, product artwork, publisher names, platform marks, logos, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

Their appearance does not imply a relationship with Grithorn unless that relationship is expressly disclosed.

2.30 Customer Reviews and Content

When submitting a review, image, comment, or other material, you confirm that:

  • The content reflects a genuine experience;
  • You have the right to submit it;
  • It is not knowingly false;
  • It does not reveal another person’s confidential information;
  • It does not infringe intellectual property rights; and
  • It does not contain unlawful or malicious material.

You grant Grithorn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display and use the submitted content in connection with its services and marketing.

2.31 Service Availability

The website or an individual product may be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance;
  • Security updates;
  • Technical interruption;
  • Supplier outage;
  • Publisher maintenance;
  • Payment-provider disruption;
  • Legal restrictions; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify or discontinue website functions without guaranteeing permanent availability.

2.32 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modvois LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential loss arising from:

  • Incorrect customer information;
  • Incorrect platform or region selection;
  • Third-party service interruption;
  • Customer disclosure of a code;
  • Publisher policy changes;
  • Account suspension by a third party;
  • Unsupported regional circumvention;
  • Loss of access to a customer email account; or
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Where applicable law permits, liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

2.33 Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Modvois LLC for reasonable losses, costs, or claims arising from:

  • Fraudulent use of the website;
  • Your material breach of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful resale activity;
  • Your infringement of third-party rights; or
  • False information supplied by you.

2.34 Events Outside Our Control

Grithorn is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances it could not reasonably prevent, including:

  • Publisher outages;
  • Payment-network failures;
  • Cyberattacks;
  • Supplier interruptions;
  • Telecommunications failure;
  • Government action;
  • Sanctions;
  • Natural disasters;
  • War;
  • Civil disorder; or
  • Utility interruption.

2.35 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law.

Subject to mandatory consumer rights, legal proceedings relating to these Terms may be brought before a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Denver County, Colorado.

2.36 Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our products, services, technologies, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the website with an updated effective date.
